This study aims to critically examine child marriage through the lens of eco-fiqh, an integrative Islamic legal perspective that emphasizes the interconnectedness between human well-being, social justice, and environmental sustainability. Using a qualitative normative approach, this research analyzes Indonesian Islamic family law alongside relevant socio-ecological frameworks. The findings reveal that child marriage perpetuates structural violence by reinforcing gender inequality, limiting access to education, and sustaining cycles of poverty. Moreover, it embodies ecological violence by disrupting the balance of social and environmental systems, particularly in vulnerable communities where early marriage correlates with overpopulation, resource strain, and diminished resilience. From an eco-fiqh perspective, such practices contradict the maq??id al-shar?‘ah, especially the protection of life (?if? al-nafs), intellect (?if? al-‘aql), and progeny (?if? al-nasl). This study argues that Indonesian Islamic family law must be reinterpreted and reformed to incorporate eco-justice principles, promoting a more holistic understanding of harm and welfare. Strengthening legal frameworks, enhancing community awareness, and integrating eco-fiqh values into policy discourse are essential steps toward eliminating child marriage and fostering sustainable social development.
Mohammad Saiful Islam, Ranny Apriani Nusa, Gazali, Abdul Rahman Abd. Furthermore, it aims to identify the obstacles or constraints faced by leaders in implementing communication strategies with employees. The research focuses on two regional government agencies with the lowest attendance rates: the Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Cryptography Agency (Diskominfo-SP) with 79% and the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection Agency (Dinas PPKBPPPA) with 77%. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Head of the Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo-SP) Office (Mr. Suhardianto, S.STP) and the Head of the PPKBPPPA Office (Mr. Drs. Sukwansyah), observations of fingerprint system usage, and analysis of ASN attendance documents and related regulations (PP No. 94 of 2021 and the Regent's Regulation on the TPP). The results indicate that leadership communication strategies are multi-channel, encompassing top-down vertical communication through morning roll calls and spot checks, digital communication through the fingerprint system, two-way communication through meetings and WhatsApp groups, and exemplary and persuasive communication through rewards and punishments. However, the implementation of these strategies remains inadequately adapted to the dominant nature of fieldwork in both Regional Apparatus Organizations. Interviews with both Agency Heads revealed a gap between formal disciplinary demands and the realities of mobile work, leading to resistance, demotivation, and internal conflict among OPD leaders. The study concluded that leadership communication strategies in Takalar Regency have increased ASN discipline awareness, but have not optimally accommodated the context of fieldwork. A more participatory and adaptive communication approach is needed to ensure effective and sustainable enforcement of ASN work discipline.
Mujahid, Ahmad Leta, Andi Vita Sukmarini Copyright (c) 2026 Mujahid, Ahmad Leta, Andi Vita Sukmarini https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://www.jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/10942 Wed, 29 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Financial Performance: Evidence from State-Owned Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange https://www.jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/10941
This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of SOEs in the infrastructure and non-infrastructure sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2021 period. The method used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data in the form of annual performance values and corporate health predicates based on the assessment set. The results show that the performance of infrastructure SOEs fluctuated with a significant decrease in 2020 (50.68) due to the COVID-19 pandemic, then recovered in 2021 (55.05) in line with government stimulus and the acceleration of strategic projects. Meanwhile, non-infrastructure SOEs also recorded a sharp decline in 2020 (43.75) and experienced a slower recovery in 2021 (49.82), not yet reaching pre-pandemic levels. Comparatively, infrastructure SOEs consistently have higher performance values than non-infrastructure throughout the observation period. Based on a three-year average, both sectors are in the "Less Healthy" category, with the predicate BBB for infrastructure and BB for non-infrastructure. The study's conclusions confirm that although both sectors faced pressures during the crisis, infrastructure SOEs showed better resilience and recovery, so different policy interventions are needed to strengthen the performance of each sector going forward.
Muhammad Yunus Kasim, Muslimin, Husnah, Vitayanti Fattah, Munawarah, Adriyani Marwah Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Yunus Kasim, Muslimin, Husnah, Vitayanti Fattah, Munawarah, Adriyani Marwah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://www.jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/10941 Wed, 29 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Implementation of Social Assistance Policy for Poor Communities in Kalora Village, Poso Pesisir Utara District, Poso Regency https://www.jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/10940
This research aims to determine the implementation of the Social Assistance Policy for the Poor in Kalora Village, Poso Pesisir Utara District, Poso Regency. Data for this research comes from two sources: primary data, which was collected directly through observation and interviews, and secondary data, which is in the form of papers from organizations involved in the research. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively. This research uses Edward III's theory, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure, as reference indicators in conducting research. The results of the research show that the implementation of the social assistance policy for the poor in Kalora Village, Poso Pesisir Utara District, Poso Regency regarding community outreach in obtaining services has largely been achieved, but it requires increasing human resources with incentives in terms of political leadership commitment and organizational capacity to help reduce the burden on the community in the scope of operational work, especially in protecting programs for the community. The inhibiting factor is the large number of players (actors) involved and the complexity inherent in the program itself which will give rise to overlapping policies which will confuse regulatory issues for which accountability is unclear, and become the basis for misunderstanding between the village government and the community who will access PKH assistance due to limited understanding.
Mohammad Rusli Syuaib Copyright (c) 2026 Mohammad Rusli Syuaib https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://www.jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/10940 Wed, 29 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Analysis of SOEs Stock Performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Post-Establishment of the Danantara Investment Agency https://www.jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/10939
This study aims to analyze the stock performance of BUMN (BBRI, BBNI, and BMRI) following the establishment of the Danantara Investment Agency in February 2025. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative method, this research observes stock price movements and returns during the period from February 2025 to February 2026. The results of this study indicate that the formation of Danantara triggered a volatile market reaction. There was a surge in positive returns at the beginning of its establishment (March 2025), reflecting positive market expectations aligned with the government's Signaling Theory. However, a correction phase emerged mid-year due to information asymmetry before prices eventually stabilized. Specifically, BMRI recorded the highest average price, BBRI showed the most dynamic volatility, and BBNI became the most stable issuer. The study concludes that integration into Danantara has a positive medium-term impact on the stock value of state-owned banks, supported by the fundamental strength of each bank.
Mirna, Burhanuddin, Dasa Febriyanti Copyright (c) 2026 Mirna, Burhanuddin, Dasa Febriyanti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://www.jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/10939 Wed, 29 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 The Influence of Service Quality and Customer Segmentation on Service Usage Decisions at PT. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of 246 students selected through a specific sampling technique. Data were collected questionnaires and analyzed using simultaneous testing (F-test) and partial testing (t-test). The findings reveal that, simultaneously, Cashless Society and Financial Technology have a significant effect on students' consumptive lifestyle. However, partially, Cashless Society does not have a significant effect, whereas Financial Technology has a significant influence on the consumptive lifestyle. These results indicate that ease of access, service flexibility, and fintech features such as paylater and digital promotions are more dominant in driving consumptive behavior compared to non-cash payment systems. In conclusion, Financial Technology is identified as the primary factor influencing students' consumptive lifestyle in the digital era. Therefore, enhancing financial literacy is essential to ensure that the use of financial technology can be managed wisely.
Chusnul Khatima Nawir Risah, Guasmin, Umar Copyright (c) 2026 Chusnul Khatima Nawir Risah, Guasmin, Umar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://www.jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/10936 Wed, 29 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 The Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on the Productivity of Health Workers at Samaritan Palu Hospital https://www.jurnal.unismuhpalu.ac.id/index.php/IJHESS/article/view/10935
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on the productivity of healthcare workers at Rumah Samaritan Palu Hospital.
